Abide by and conform to all provisions of the laws and regulations of the financial services regulator.

Environmental policy
To ensure the environmental impacts of our business are taken into consideration, we participate in a carbon offset scheme, recycling scheme and a car-share venture to help cut pollution.
Wherever possible we aim to reduce our environmental impact in terms of energy conservation, waste minimisation, pollution prevention and protection of the natural environment.

Where possible we purchase locally.
We adhere to the Age Concern Principles for inclusive design in financial services, namely Adaptability, Accessibility, Fairness, Useable Information and Minimising Hazards.
