Make full and adequate disclosure of all facts necessary to enable our clients to make informed decisions.

Maintain personal conduct which will reflect favourably on us, the company and the insurance and financial services profession in general.

Determine that any replacement of an insurance or financial product must be beneficial for the client.

Abide by and conform to all provisions of the laws and regulations of the financial services regulator.

The impartial and independent Financial Ombudsman Service and
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme which is independent of government and the financial profession.

Environmental policy

To ensure the environmental impacts of our business are taken into consideration, we participate in a carbon offset scheme, recycling scheme and a car-share venture to help cut pollution.

Wherever possible we aim to reduce our environmental impact in terms of energy conservation, waste minimisation, pollution prevention and protection of the natural environment.
